One inbox handles everything: [email protected]. A human reads each message, though reply times vary with volume.
Flagging something wrong
Outdated prices are the most valuable email we get — this market changes weekly, and readers often spot a change before our next verification pass. Send the page URL, what the correct figure or fact is, and where you saw it (a screenshot of a checkout page is gold). Our editorial policy commits us to correcting promptly and moving the page's updated date only when the fix is real.
If we review your company
Providers are welcome to challenge anything we publish about them — with documentation. We will re-check contested facts against your live published pages and correct genuine errors quickly. Two things are not on the table, per our advertising disclosure: buying a better score, and paying to remove accurate negative findings. Partnership discussions are fine; they happen on those terms.
Ideas and requests
Tell us which program you want ranked next, which cost question we have not answered, or which guide topic is missing. Reader mail sets a real chunk of our roadmap. The one category we must decline: personal medical questions. We cannot tell you whether a medication suits you — that is a clinician's call, for reasons our medical disclaimer lays out.
Media
Reporters and researchers: same address, subject line starting with "Media", and we will prioritize it.
